ORDERING

  • We are opening Monday to Friday From 8.30am to 5.30pm.

    Weekends we are out on adventures to new locations, inflating, popping & decorating our scheduled events.

  • I happily offer all my services around Newcastle NSW, Hunter Region, Port Stephens, Central Coast & on the odd occasion, we pop around Sydney for custom installs only.

    If you have a different destination in mind, Hit us up! I’m always looking for an excuse to POP out for an adventure.

  • We sure can! Give us a shout on 0415 126 401 as we might be able to squeeze your order in that day, or the following at the latest.

  • We do prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice. It is always recommended to place orders as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. However, we prefer all orders are placed before 12pm at least 1 day prior to your desired pick up / delivery date. If your desired date is unavailable, you will ne notified to make alternate arrangements.

  • Yes, we are able to make changes to your order ONLY under the conditions that your order is not yet in the stylising arrangement process.

    To request any changes, please contact us immediately.

  • Yes, we are able to change the date to your order. However, you must contact us either by phone or email 24 hours prior to your original pick up/delivery date. Please be mindful this change of date is subject to availability & is not guaranteed.

  • We will be more than happy to cancel your order & offer a store credit under the circumstances that the order has NOT proceeded past payment confirmation. Once the stylish arrangement process has begun, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with cancellation.

  • Store credits are valid for one year from date issued.

EVENT STYLING, HIRE & CUSTOM INSTALLS

  • Absolutely anything & every occasion you can think of.

    I believe that no milestone (or footstep for that matter) should be left unturned.

    From birthdays, bridal showers, Hen’s nights, christenings & baptisms, graduations, corporate events & all the rest. You name it, we help celebrate it, N BEYOND!

  • Well, its so much safer saving the date as soon as you know there is a shindig. Even if the details are still a little airy fairy & your not exact on the date, we have retainer options available to suit you!

    The more notice, better for us to get our creativity & juices flowing & you avoid disappointment too! We do, humbly request a minimum of ones months notice in order to deliver nothing but our “BEST” work. Bearing in mind we do take last minute requests & try in every attempt possible to fit your into our creativity schedule.

    Please, let me be clear, if you are booking last minute, you need to be prepared to be flexible with your colour vision, props & hire collection as unfortunately they are not always the easiest to source last minute.

  • Once you've submitted an inquiry, you can expect to hear from us within 48 hours unless we receive your inquiry on a Friday; inquiries received Friday through Sunday are answered the following Monday.

    Depending on the details you've submitted on your inquiry submission, we may ask for some extra Goss. Once pricing is approved, we will provide a contract which you must sign and return along with a non-refundable 30% deposit. Your date & time is reserved upon receipt of both your completed contract and deposit.

    Then you can kick your feet up and we'll do the rest!

  • Clients may cancel with a refund of the event balance 7 days prior to their event date. Any cancellations within the 7 day period, we are unable to guarentee a refund as the bulk of our labour has been executed in that window & have very much so began utilizing the dedicated materials to begin our preparations for your event. Thus, deposits are non-refundable.

  • The week prior to your event, we will reach out to confirm the details. If, in the event that the weather forecast is not favourable to your outdoor event, we will request your alternate plans at that time. Within our climate changing australian climate, we highly recommend an alternate plan for inclement weather as our Balloon crew do not provide their services in rain, snow or very windy periods. Please be mindful, we are unable to issue refunds in the event of inclement weather when no alternative plans have been made.

  • Ofcourse we do! Here at Balloons N Beyond we have a plethora of unique one-off statement pieces to ensure we can execute the vision of event down to the T, so you can PARTY! Check out our “Event Hire Collection” to add to your package today.

  • We sure can! I am your local leader in colour matching & palette creation who can create custom colours like no other. Once we establish the primary colours of your event, we will work collaboratively to selection a colour collection that your 100% satisfied with.

  • Let’s be frank, we want your event to POP! (maybe not literally). There are so many ways to style & accessorize to dress up a balloon install the way you have NEVER seen it before. From florals, vinyl appliques, fabrics, paint just to name a few (we cant give away all our secrets) we will customize your occasion just the way (* within a budget friendly manner) that you like! Just be sure to inform us during the booking process

PRODUCTS

  • If handled correctly, latex balloons look there best for approximately 1-2 days. To avoid compromising the quality & lifetime of your balloon, it is suggested to be positioned in cool, dark environments away from direct sunlight to prevent the natural cloudy appearance that occurs due to mother nature.

  • Our bubble balloons are known to be balloon warriors! Due to there thick balloon skin, if handled & maintained correctly, they can last from 2- 4 weeks to several months, under the right conditions ofcourse. Pretty surprising huh?

  • Our stuffed latex balloons inflated are approximately 18” (about 45cm)

  • It’s a tough world out there if you’re a balloon. Between the sun, wind, rain & high altitudes are all formidable threats to a balloon’s welfare. For all the above reasons stated, Balloons N Beyond does not guarantee standard Inflated times of balloons under the following conditions:

    - Balloons displayed within an outdoor environment

    - Balloons displayed indoors, exposed to direct sunlight

    - Balloons displayed at elevations significantly higher than sea level.

    - Balloons displayed in high humidity environments.

  • Balloons N Beyond & our partners take great care when preparing all orders & pride ourselves on the supply of high-quality products & customer service. We ensure that every items leaves our balloon headquarters in perfect condition. Transport bags are offered for all you balloons (for a small fee) & we are more than happy to assist placing them into your vehicle for all pick up.

    Once the balloon order has been collected by the customer or delivered & dropped off to the recipient,

    As such:

    (i)Balloons N Beyond is not liable & accepts no responsibility to balloon potentially popping or deflating in that time.

    (ii) We do not offer any refunds, nor free replacements or remakes if balloons pops or deflates. NO exceptions apply! We are happy to remake balloons with 15% off remakes discount. However, please note that wait times will apply, should we be busy with other orders.

    (iii) Furthermore, under no circumstance will we collect the contents from the customer or the recipient. If redelivery is also required this will be at the expense of the customer.

PICK UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Absolutely! Our balloon headquarters is from Adamstown Heights, Newcastle NSW. Once your order has been confirmed & paid in full, pick up arrangements (time & location) will be sent too.

  • pick up can be arranged anytime from 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please indicated preferred collection time on booking.

  • We happily deliver our balloon gifts & bouquets around Newcastle NSW & surrounds. Due to the fragile nature of balloons, we are unable to ship beyond Newcastle, Interstate or Internationally.

  • Any balloon gift or Balloon Bouquet valued greater than $75 is delivered for free within a 5km radius around Adamstown Heights. Delivery rates are calculated based on distance from our balloon headquarters in Adamstown Heights, Newcastle NSW.

  • We are unable to offer a guaranteed a specific delivery time as this is highly dependent on drivers route for the day. If you are after a specific delivery time, this will incur an additional charge. You will be notified on the day of delivery of time frame window for delivery. Please refrain from reaching our to request a specific ETA.

  • If on delivery, the recipient is not home to receive your order at the time of delivery, you will be contacted immediately via text message with image or where will be left unattended in a safe place at nominated address. In the instance that you or recipient are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept full liability for all purchased items being left unattended at door nominated delivery address.

    Balloons N Beyond will not be held liable for theft, damage, deflation or losses should this occur.

It’s a tough world out there if you’re a balloon!

Between the sun, wind, rain & high altitudes are all formidable threats to a balloon’s welfare.  For all the reasons stated, Balloons N Beyond does not guarantee standard inflated time of any balloon!

Please be mindful, once your balloon order is collected & leaves our hands to yours, we accept no responsibility once they are out of our care. Balloons N Beyond is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care & have been either picked up or delivered. Balloons N Beyond uses only the highest quality balloons & materials. However, in some instances, balloons may deflate or pop sooner than anticipated. We are unable to guarantee the lifespan of your balloon or how long they will last once they have been picked up or delivered. Balloons are temperamental in nature. environmental factors such as weather, children, pets, various surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, & foliage may jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We do not offer any refunds, nor free replacements or remakes if balloons pops or deflates. NO exceptions apply! We are happy yo remake balloons with 15% off remakes discount.
